Recommended Twice-annual Maintenance Program

The National Roofing Contractors Association's (NRCA) preventative maintenance study showed that regular surveys and proactive maintenance can reduce annual costs and extend a roof's life by 30%. The average life of a roof is 20 years, but this can be well surpassed with frequent maintenance and timely repairs.

The NRCA recommends basic maintenance be performed every spring and fall with inspections performed after severe storms. When gutters clog with debris, water can back up and cause damage to the roof, siding, and potentially foundation. In addition to performing the service you request, we will notify you of any signs of damage evident that may call for a roof repair.
